Nooro
Nooro sells at-home NMES devices to people managing everyday pain. Founded in 2022, it scaled into a high-volume DTC brand doing millions of visits a year, which gives design one relentless job: turn cold traffic into confident buyers. I worked on it as an assisting designer at JAH Creative.

Challenge:
Selling a health device to cold traffic is a trust problem before it is a design problem. Visitors arrive sceptical, does it work, is it safe, is this brand real. And a wellness purchase carries more hesitation than ordinary ecommerce. At Nooro's scale, even small clarity gains compound across millions of visits.
Approach:
Working alongside the JAH Creative team, I contributed to the conversion-focused sales and product pages and the supporting creative, building from the brand's existing system, prioritising the trust and clarity moments that actually move a wellness buyer, and iterating pages against performance rather than opinion.
Results:
The work supported a brand operating at serious DTC scale, roughly 3 million annual site visits and over 7,700 customer reviews, where design carries the conversion load directly. Contributing to that surface meant working on pages thousands of buyers moved through every day, on a catalogue that kept growing underneath them.
