Challenge:
Healthbridge came to us with a gap rather than a feature request. Tracking apps get abandoned because numbers arrive without consequences; telehealth sits unused because it is disconnected from daily habit. Nothing joined the two, and health interfaces that read as clinical push away the exact people who need to show up every day.
Approach:
I locked the brand first: logo system, clearspace, a green palette built on trust, and a Nunito Sans and Geist pairing that gives warmth to the interface and precision to the data. The product then followed in the order a user actually meets it: onboarding, a conversational evaluation, the score and its trackers, then Core Care.
Results:
Pontis shipped as one system, from favicon to video consultation, a complete brand guideline plus 60+ screens spanning onboarding, five tracking modules and all three care services. Consultations, pharmacy and labs run on the same voice and the same components, so the product reads as guidance rather than diagnosis at every point in the care journey.
